Job Description


•A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the digital advertising space
•2+ years of AdTech / programmatic advertising sales and/or business development experience
•A strong understanding and knowledge of the programmatic landscape, programmatic buying/PMPs – including technology, techniques, partners, and business models
•Experience building client pitch decks (and the associated research) to close new business
•Grown sales pipelines with CRM tools for efficiency and transparency using a strong follow up process
•Managed successful client deployments and ensured ongoing client satisfaction, renewal, opportunity discovery
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
•Excelled in client-facing situations while working cross-functionally with internal sales/marketing, yield, and business development teams to ensure growth in programmatic
•Excellent communication skills with an ability to address business and technical audiences
•Ability to foster relationships and address internal and external client issues


•Reporting to the Executive Team, you’ll be responsible for both growing existing business and closing new programmatic advertising revenue opportunities
•Achieve and surpass established revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
•The AE role is a combination of sales activities and customer relationship management
•A successful AE must have a clear understanding of the client’s long-term business objectives and seek partnership opportunities to further grow the client’s business
•You’ll work closely with Affilium’s Managers to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new campaign strategies and solutions to clients, and building strong relationships
•Identify, pitch, and close platform sales deals with agencies and brands
