Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available in select areas)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons or due to carrier disruptions.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund as needed. For lost packages, please reach out to us if tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days.
